Manufacturing Jobs with Great Benefits

What You’ll Find at Huron Fabrication

They seem like polar opposites, but really, a relaxed “role with it” type of culture pairs incredibly well with hard work. Because our team gets along famously and we employ only the best manufacturing tradespeople, we can focus on hard work and getting a job done together, not on strict rules and performance management.

You’ll retire someday and we want to be a part of that celebration! By fostering a great work environment that allows you to lead a fulfilling career and providing a company-matching 401K program, you can enjoy looking forward to sitting in a boat, working in the yard, camping with the family, or whatever that someday holds.

We believe the health and wellness of our employees and their families is a long-term investment that can provide a significant benefit to our team. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and short term disability insurance; vacation and holiday pay; and a company matching 401(k) Plan.

Quality Work. Clean Shop. High-functioning Team. That’s what keeps us coming to work every day. We don’t see our work as boring or as just a parts manufacturer. It’s not about being in the middle of the manufacturing process, it’s about being at the center of creating something amazing.

The people we choose to join our team can’t just fit from a skills perspective, they also must have perspective – on life, on our work, and on the outcome and bigger picture for what we do.

Pride in our work starts somewhere – inside our shop, inside our minds, and inside you!
